Saturday morning we untied the line from shore, pulled the anchor and started our way back to Killarney for a 2 night stay at the Killarney Mountain Lodge. After we got settled, we took Roxie on a hike to the Killarney Light House. The route is not well marked and we did get off track a bit. Turns out the 4 mile hike round trip turned out to be 6 miles!
They packed us in pretty tight on the docks but we had a great view of the boat traffic going through Killarney.
Sunday turned out to be a beautiful day! Sunny, light breeze. We enjoyed just lounging on the boat deck watching the parade of boats going through Killarney. We also took advantage of the lodges pool and sauna.
Dinner at the Ranch. Turns out that the only reservation available was for 5:15.....we were the 2nd table seated that evening. At least the put us at a table along with window!
We ended up at MaryAnn Cove, but there was still quite a good chill in the air so it was an early night. Tuesday the sun was back and we decided to take the Cason Hill Hike to an outlook where you can see Frazier Bay, McGregor Bay and Bay Fine. It was beautiful. Unfortunately this was not a hike for Roxie. Several parts of the hike we needed to use our hands and legs to climb....but it was worth it!

After the hike we took a quick swim before heading out to our next anchorage, the Pool. The Pool is a popular stop for loopers because of the hike to Lake Topaz. We decided to wait until the following afternoon to take the hike. Roxie was very happy to find that she could take this hike with us.
We didn't swim, but the lake was beautiful. Once we got back to the boat we had a quick swim and lunch before heading to our next anchorage, Heywood Island. This destination is known for being a great anchorage with protection from all sides and is close to the Little Current Swing bridge, which is where we plan to head to Thursday and hope to stay for the weekend to provision.
